SMS terms

• Program name: ShotEstate Media Client Messages.
• What we text: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, shoot-day updates, delivery links for your photos and video, invoice notices, and replies to your questions.
• How you sign up: by checking the optional box (unchecked until you check it) on our booking form at www.shotestate.com/book or on our sign-up page at crm.shotestate.com/text-updates, or by texting us first about a shoot.
• Message frequency varies with your bookings and conversations.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP to any text. You will get one message confirming it, and no more texts after that. Reply START to receive texts again.
• For help: reply HELP, or contact us at info@shotestate.com or (720) 797-7699.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Email

Marketing emails from us always include an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Emails about shoots you booked still reach you.

Bookings, payment and delivery

Each shoot is booked for a date, time and property, at the price shown when you book or on your invoice. Invoices are paid through Square. Your media is delivered by a link once the shoot is edited. Rescheduling, cancellation, weather and usage rights for the media are as agreed when you book.
