Privacy Policy

ShotEstate Media photographs and films real estate. This policy explains what we collect when you book with us, text, call or email us, what we do with it, who helps us run the business, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email address, company or brokerage, and the addresses you give us.
• Property details for each shoot: address, listing details, access notes, dates and times.
• Our conversations: the texts and emails you send us and we send you, records of calls to our business line, and voicemails you leave. A call is recorded only after a notice at the start of the call.
• Bookings, invoices and payments. Payments are handled by Square; we never see or keep your full card number.
• Whether you asked us to stop texting you or unsubscribed from our emails, so we keep honoring it.

How we use it

• To schedule, shoot and deliver your photos, video and floor plans.
• To talk with you about your shoots: confirmations, reminders, delivery links, invoices and replies.
• To send occasional updates and offers by email, only when you agreed to receive them.
• To keep the records any business keeps (bookings, invoices, taxes).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to working with you.

Text messages

If you check the box to receive texts (on our booking form or our sign-up page) or text us first, we text you about your shoots. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS terms.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the providers that deliver our texts for us.

Email

Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom (and one-click unsubscribe in your mail app). Unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We may still email you about a shoot you booked.

Who helps us run the business

We use a few service providers that handle your information on our behalf, only to provide their service:

• Twilio, to send and receive our texts and calls.
• Twilio SendGrid, to send and receive our email.
• Supabase and Vercel, which host our client records and this website.
• Square, for bookings, invoices and payments; Aryeo, to deliver your media.

We share information otherwise only when the law requires it, or with your agreement (for example, sending your photos to your brokerage or listing site when you ask).

How long we keep it

• Client records, bookings and invoices: while we work together, and up to 7 years after your last shoot.
• Texts, emails, call records and voicemails: up to 3 years.
• That you opted out of texts or unsubscribed from email: for as long as we keep your contact details, so we keep honoring it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it by writing to info@shotestate.com or (720) 797-7699. We answer within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (invoices, for example) are kept for as long as the law requires.

Keeping it safe

Your information travels encrypted, only our team can see it after signing in, and the passwords and keys of the services we use are stored encrypted.

Children

Our services are for real estate professionals and property owners, not for children under 13.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
